Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Sometimes a product doesn’t quite work for you. We get it. Either you ordered the wrong part or you no longer need it or it was damaged in shipping… there are myriad reasons why you might want to return a product you purchased from PatriotBilt.

In all cases, the first step for a return is simple, call us at 916-631-8071 or use the Contact Us form on the website here.

All non-warranty returns will be charged a 10% restock fee.


Shipping a Return

If this return is not a warranty issue, or a case of shipping wrong parts, you are responsible for paying for the return shipping. Please DO NOT ship returns without contacting us first to get an RMA number. Returns that arrive without an RMA number will not be processed for refund.

PatriotBilt’s 30 Day Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that things happen, but when you receive your shipment from PatriotBilt, please inspect it immediately. If it is not the part you ordered, if there is shipping damage or if you decided you don’t like the product, please contact us immediately.

Please do not wait 6 months, then contact us deciding that you sold the Jeep and no longer need the product. Or it has been sitting in your garage for a year and now you would like to return it.

We are happy to help you sell those products via Craigslist or some other marketplace - just send us a link to the ad and we will share it with our community.

All returns or exchanges made within the first 30 days will be accepted, no problem. All others will be scrutinized thoroughly.

Products must not have been installed, must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to receive a refund.

All non-warranty refunds will be charged a 10% restock fee.
