Patriot Bilt's Warranty

PATRIOTBILT LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

PatriotBilt ("Company") extends the following warranty to the original retail purchaser ("Purchaser") of our products:

I. LIMITED WARRANTY

Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, the Company warrants that the fabricated goods sold on its website, including but not limited to furniture, brackets, and other miscellaneous goods (collectively referred to as "Products") will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period").

II. COVERAGE

Should any Product fail due to defects in materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the Product free of charge. Replacement parts or products will be provided on an exchange basis and will be either new or reconditioned. All replaced parts and Products become the property of the Company.

III. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This Limited Warranty applies only to Products that were installed, used, and maintained in accordance with the Company's instructions and guidelines. The Company is not responsible for, and this warranty does not cover:

1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized alteration or modification, or improper installation.
2. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to color fading, scratches, or rust.
3. Damage due to environmental conditions, including but not limited to excessive heat, excessive cold, water damage, fire, or natural disasters.
4. Damage incurred during transportation of the Product after initial delivery.
5. Products sold as "clearance," "as-is," "used," or "refurbished."

IV. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

To obtain service under this warranty, the Purchaser must notify the Company's customer service department within the Warranty Period. Evidence of the original purchase, such as a dated receipt or invoice, is required to validate the claim. Detailed photos or other evidence of the defect may also be required.

V. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether arising out of contract, warranty, tort, or otherwise, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

VI. GOVERNING LAW

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Company is incorporated, excluding its conflicts of law principles.

VII. DISCLAIMER

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This Limited Warranty gives the Purchaser specific legal rights. The Purchaser may also have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
